An initial telephone consultation is free of charge. This provides an opportunity for you to talk through your situation and to see if I may be able to help.
If you wish to proceed you will be offered an initial first assessment which is an opportunity to explore your situation in detail, provide any relevant background information and consider goals for therapy. At the end of this assessment , if there is agreement to proceed, a contract will be discussed the assessment takes up to 90 minutes. whilst many challenges can be dealt with in a few weeks i.e. over 6 weeks, life long difficulties may require longer term work.
